Trey Rusthoven Foundation

The Trey Rusthoven Foundation was created from a passion deeply rooted in experience—both the challenges and the opportunities that shaped me as a junior golfer of color. Inspired by programs like the Mack Champ Invitational, the Underrated Golf Tour presented by Steph Curry and the Southwest Airlines Showcase, which gave me and so many others the chance to be seen, respected, and supported, this foundation exists to pay that forward.
Our mission is to empower underserved youth and overlooked young golfers—especially those transitioning to college and professional golf—by giving them access, mentorship, and a fighting chance to chase their dreams. Your donation directly supports this mission and, while we are operating in alignment with 501(c)(3) tax laws, please note that we are currently awaiting formal IRS confirmation. Once approved, all eligible donations will be fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Until then, we invite you to stand with us in faith and action—because golf should be a game of talent, not access.

“It’s not just about playing the game—it’s about changing it for those who come next.”
– Trey Rusthoven: APGA Professional Golfer
The Trey Rusthoven Foundation is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for underrepresented youth and young professional golfers through mentorship, golf clinics, community events, and access to training and resources that fuel both personal and athletic growth. From first-time swings to competitive tournament prep, our programs are designed to inspire, equip, and elevate the next generation of diverse golf talent. We invite visitors of the TR21Golf website to learn more, get involved, or participate by visiting TreyRusthovenFoundation.org – where you can join our mission, support our programs, or register for upcoming events.
Together, we’re Driving Change – One Swing at a Time.

“Success in this game depends less on strength of body than strength of mind and character.”
